Ketchup2 tablespoons
Ail, finement haché1 teaspoon
Gingembre, râpé0.5 teaspoons
Sauce soja2 tablespoons
Sauce sweet chilli2 tablespoons
Huile végétale1 tablespoon
Oignons verts, (facultatif)2
Graines de sésame, (facultatif)1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Dice the chicken and add to a bowl along with all of the ketchup, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.

  2. Cover and leave in the fridge for 15-30 mins

  3. Heat a large frying pan over a low – medium heat and add the sunflower oil

  4. Add the chicken to the pan and leave to slowly cook on one side before turning. If the pan starts to spit, turn it down

  5. After about 10 minutes, the chicken should be cooked. Turn the heat up to high for 1 minute to let the sauce thicken slightly

  6. Serve over sticky rice and an extra drizzle of sweet chilli sauce if you fancy it. You can also sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onions on top for decoration.
